Circuit Training - a full body workout with combination of cardio and weight training.  For all to enjoy.

Kickboxing - workout that brings together aerobic techniques and cardio toning.  You will learn the proper techniques for throwing punches, jabs, uppercuts, to help firm your muscles and build conditioning.

Body Sculpt - is non aerobic, muscle toning class.  With the use of dumbbells, you will perform traditional weight training moves in a class setting.

Cardio Blast- fun cardio class for all levels.  Designed to burn fat and calories as you get fit.
